Surprisingly yes. I especially enjoyed the post fight interviews.

It was such a feel good event to see journeyman fighters/relatively unknown fighters make good money.

I also noticed the refs did not break up inactive clinching. I personally enjoyed that. Let the fighters fight how they would fight. I recall in the Natan/Rashid fight that after a prolonged clinch, that I’m certain would have been broken up in the UFC or Rizin, Natan hit a big judo throw. For some it won’t be exciting, but I would like to think there are other viewers like me that would enjoy the “pureness” of something like this. In addition to the merit based season format, the P in PFL night as well stand for pure.
