Is the pharmacy supposed to ask if your pregnant when you pick up T?

Oh uh. I had a pharmacist kind of, put a hold on my T before due to it being... T... and my legal sex not being the sex it's usually prescribed to, but once I explained that I was trans and it wasn't a mistake the hold was lifted. It was a little annoying but it's an understandable thing, from a pharmacist's perspective? They're job is to prevent harm from medication use, no matter what that medication is or who you are. If they see something that doesn't line up or there is a question they need to ask you they usually do, at least in my experience, having gotten many many medications in my lifespan due to needing psychiatric meds since I was a tween.
