Phil Spencer: "I don’t want to go and pre-announce a bunch of (1st party) things, but we are upping our investment, there’s no doubt about that"

Look at the last guardian. When Sony announces three years out you can probably most likely take that shit to the bank cause it woñt get cancelled. I fear MSFT has not been "managing" their exclusives well. Sunset Overdrive and Halo5 and a few others seem to be the only ones that had a great chef cooking them in the kitchen. Recore, quantum break, ryse needed more content and polishing, maybe more dlc. They were s9 close too. Recore is awesome but needs more cooking. Quantum Break was beautiful but homefront revolution destroys it with twice the combat content in a way. My concern is añd others too likely is what is happening that these developers are not being managed, supported, paid, encouraged to cook their titles into being a first class dinner. Especially when Mr Spencer is supposed to be a game developing guru? It's all snowballed from the 2:1 disparity and I get that it sucks nobody is buying these exclusives new but had they been managed better, some of them could have been rockstars. I guess they just can't dump the super cash onto Insomniac for some cool new ip where as PSN has already scooped them up. Reckon xbox will just build slowly and test the waters just please cook these games and support these devs pre and post launch to make gamers want to buy the games thus supporting devs and our ecosystem. A episodic zero dawn type deal is fine with cosmetic microtransactions is OK for me but please support a single player engrossing experience not merely pimping live gold multipayer. Gonna be slow and steady with continued faith in Phil doing the best he can while he is in between a rock and a hard place. Itß just been a rough four months Phil.
