Phone was stolen out of package UPDATE

I'd just chat in and say: Hi, I recently ordered a phone from you guys and it was stolen. I called into care but all they're saying they can do is a handset research form or something?! I filed a police report and even have pictures of the torn box on my door step, I don't understand how a handset research form is going to do the officer's job of finding the thief? I am chatting in to hopefully get this taken care of sooner than the month care is telling me it will take. I sorely need a phone and don't understand why it would take this long. Being it was a phone, this 100% should have been sent with signature delivery. I asked when I placed the order (or before if you placed the order online) and was told it would be sent signed and yet it obviously wasn't.

If they fail to do jack, I'd just say so you want me to just tweet out photos to the public that you guys send out almost $1,000 phones without signature delivery for easy pickin's, have it say T-MOBILE ON THE BOX for easy identification, and then fail to care when a customer gets jacked?!

And if still nothing then BBB away and, if you bought the phone outright, threaten a charge back.
