photo/light therapy worked for my dad.

Been working wonders for me. I'm 5 weeks into treatment and probably 70% cleared. Mostly just dark spots still but the nurses say that will go away.

Remains to be seen how long until it comes back but they have told me I can do a lower dosage "maintenance" therapy for the winter, which they said is effective for most people.

Luckily the office that does it is between my house and work, and they get me in and out in 10 minutes. Would be an absolute pain if I had to travel far for it though. I'm thinking about asking my dermatologist about a home unit though - one of the stand up medical-grade ones that requires a prescription. Figure it might be worth the investment if this keeps working for me.
