Well done for staying clean after 10 years!! That's insane! I enjoy drawing and painting.. sometimes I just blast music and jump around to it, it tires you out physically and lifts your spirits. Although i understand that's so hard to do when you feel down. Maybe grab a hot drink, your fav blanket and curl up with some documentaries? I love Louis Theroux!! He has a lovely voice, I could watch him for hours. If you want to message me feel free! I know it gets hard. But think about how getting high doesn't fix anything, it just prolongs the problem. I am here and I am proud of you!! Message me if you need to, you are stronger than you know and you CAN do this :~)
