The backlogged tickets have not been assigned a court date yet however. Thus, if your ticket, was indeed a photo radar ticket, it would have had to of been processed and occurred before the postal strike started. All tickets since the postal strike started have not been processed or even sent yet.

I’m not sure if you base your challenge on the Canada Post strike that it would hold up? Mail was flowing through the system during the entire strike, so theoretically you should have received the ticket if it was sent before the strike commenced. The city of Edmonton continued to send bylaw tickets though the mail during the strike and they’re all continuing to hold up in court.
