No taunting or block breaking charge attacks in Yakuza 6, enemies blocking your attacks slow down your consecutive attacks to a crawl and make it harder to continue the combo into a block breaker or unblockable finisher
throws deal no damage if the enemy collides with the environment during the throw (and same with finishing holds)
finishing holds have much more boring animations and their wider swings make them even harder to actually land than the regular throws
i dislike the dragon engine kiryu moveset compared to the previous one
quicksteps are horrible until you upgrade them a bunch
the new system of upgrading your stats (eating at restaurants) is super tedious and exploitable and boring
many heat moves are way lamer compared to the old ones and a lot of them are reused for items that really should have unique heat actions (baseball, bowling ball, cinderblock all have the same heat action)
