The phrase "God works in mysterious ways" shows that believers know it doesn't make sense but are scared of actual truth.

I don’t have “faith” in science of any kind. Nobody can or does. You either understand it or you don’t. Nobody gets to choose to have “faith” in it or not.

As for your second point, I stated that by saying we don’t know a lot about the Big Bang and claiming it is therefore “supernatural”, you have implied that where humans are ignorant, God is present.

I don’t really think the idea God will ever disappear. Just pointing out that those who believe in God because they can’t explain certain phenomena have weak faith and it will eventually be broken. Someone saying they don’t understand how the Big Bang could be possible therefore I believe in God is ridiculous because someday, we will learn how the Big Bang came about, destroying that person’s reason for believing in God.
