Pretty much with a few others here that prefer physical but it depends on your personal preferences and circumstances.
For me however it's as follows: + Can re-sell or even let a buddy or family member play it when you're busy with something else. + Cheaper than the digital copy (at least where I live). + Installs quicker than what it would take for me to download (your connection may be better though). + I got a physical map even with my cheap ass standard edition and I like that sort of thing. + Re-installing for a future re-play won't require the download again (excluding the patch(es) of course).
