Physical mailboxes for employees feedback - is this still a thing?

I can see why everyone is agreeing that a physical mailbox should be utilized. It absolutely makes sense, but I would never do that at this point in time, not for employee feedback.

Fortunately, the hotel branch of our company is relatively young. I’ve told all of my older-millennial GM’s that we will only be embracing technology even more, becoming as sustainable as any hospitality group CAN be, given the nature. We have an anonymous feedback forum online; we allow staff to use office computers, and we have iPads at every location; everyone is free to use.

As far as client feedback—THEY will always make sure to find a way and give feedback.
