M/5'8/157 lbs.

Used to be 187, cut all the way down to 147, had literally no muscle mass, then started lean bulking at the start of October to try to get out of skinnyfat. Just looking for progress critique and bodyfat% estimates; afraid I'm gaining too fast and want to consider a recomp more. Mostly just terrified of getting fat again even though I'm hitting my Macros and lifting every day.

Lifts have definitely gone up substantially though since October, which is nice. Just hit 300 lbs on my Deadlift a few weeks ago and taking a shot at benching my bodyweight before the new year. You probably can't tell from the pics because I still have so much bodyfat% but I'm only a size 29 waist.
