I've developed a lot of coping mechanisms over the years, I know my trigger points extremely well and don't allow myself to get too cold, plus I purposefully work out regularly (bodyweight stuff well within my limits), so nah I don't really get symptoms anymore. Some other members of my family have it too but they don't make any efforts to manage the condition, so they struggle with it quite a bit.

The biggest downside is I'm much weaker than I look because one of the symptoms is muscle hypertrophy (enlargement) so I'm pretty muscular, I look like I lift weights regularly and people think I'm either lazy or just making excuses when I say I can't help them lift something or take part in some physical hobby with them.
