Not worth starting a new post for this random thought....

The Bucs picked Mike Evans with the 7th pick in the 2014 draft. I'd bet that most Bucs fans believe we have a better receiver than OBJ, including me; so not gonna ask that.

But.....Aaron Donald was taken with the 14th pick of that draft.

So a 2 part question....

1) Given a redraft knowing everything we know, including winning Super Bowl LV, who would you have taken -- Evans or Donald?

2) Assuming in a perfect world that the Bucs could have traded down to get the 14th pick to get Donald plus get an additional 2nd round pick, who would you have taken -- Evans or Donald?

My answer....I love defense. And while I love Mike Evans, I probably would have taken Donald instead. And I definitely would have taken Donald plus a 2nd round draft pick. But knowing we won a Super Bowl in Feb 2021 with Evans, I'd probably consider standing pat with Evans.
