I'm being a coward by not attempting to discipline myself so that I am able to wake up at 4 am but I'm ok with it.
I'm going to bed when I naturally feel tired, which right now is 2 am , 3 amish. So I'm going to study at 2 am, meditate at 1 am. I'm just going to fill that time I'm tossing and turning, doing something productive.
And I already reduced my consumption of instant gratification when I quit entertainment and porn (no anime, no tv, no music, no video games), and created rules for self improvement related social media usage. (Reddit: Plan, Proof, Fail. VLC: Offline youtube during waiting. ex. Bus stop, in car, waiting in line. Discord: Accountability and study partner, no servers.
