A 5 minute guided meditation ended up being the miracle I was looking for.
3.15 right now. Need to finish an assignment, so I can start preparing for midterms.
I think I need to plan some breaks in so I have something to look forward to *in the short term*.
Yeah, sure, if I keep going at the assignments/studying it will give me happiness long term but in order to keep myself motivated to grind through those, I need something to look forward to in the short term it seems.
So here it is.
Until 4.00 --> Eat something. Brush. Work towards setting up Football Manager 2021. Use the leftover time to play Hades.
4.00 - 7.00 --> Work on the assignment. Think of it as being akin to grinding on a skill in RuneScape. Only get up from the chair to do some stretches/push-ups. If I start losing focus I can do that 5-minute guided meditation again.
7.00 - 8.00 --> Eat something. Plan further. Use the leftover time to play FM or Hades.
