Planned Parenthood Is Helping Transgender Patients Access Hormone Therapy

I further backed up my points in an edit. Basically I'm saying it won't work unless everyone wanted to come together and share what they have with everyone.

And they won't. Ever. That ideal that eveyone should take care of everybody will never come to fruition as long as selfishness exists.

Furthermore, as you say, different people habe different ideas of what a government should be. Many think it should be minimal and stay out of our lives as much as possible. There are also people with different moral beliefs, many believe that their only obligations are to themselves, and what they earn should be their's and their's alone.

The only way idealistic societies can be brought up is by purging everyone that disagrees with their idea of what a society should be both economically and morally. Communism attempted this, and yet it still failed for a variety of reasons.

Trying to force it in a country so divided will only destabilize an already bad and unstable mess that it is.

Ultimately we can agree to disagree. I have the belief that nobody is to be expected to do jack shit for anybody. There'll be those that'll do it anyway, and they'll get the love and respect they deserve.

Truthfully, I think PP should be donation run. If people want to help the organization then great, and they do get quite a lot in donations. But nobody should be forced through taxes. They may not even agree with all of the things that they do, and that's their decision to make. I've never been one to think racism and sexism by individuals should be illegal and I certainly don't think people that believe life begins at conception should be strong-armed into paying up either.

As for talking about depression, good for you. You may have been saved by a system men like me deem is unnatural and for the weak, and if men like me were in power... you might be dead right now.

That being said, who knew if you were ever going to get out of it? I don't think it's thr people's responsibility to deal with your or anyone's "rut". It's just another money drain, and we should be allocating towards more imminent threats that we know what the results will be by dealing with them.
