For the most part I'd agree (not for the stuff about keto, but that's a different matter).

Whole foods is key to good health, cutting out processed food completely is paramount. But the meat you're eating isn't good quality for one...it's fattened up super quickly on corn, the animal doesn't get any exercise stuff like that. Even if it says "grass fed" on the label it doesn't mean anything.

You can achieve all the health goals - weight loss, low cholestorol, etc on a plant based diet easily, and combined with the catastrophic effects of the meat industry on the environment as well as the fact it's just insanely cruel consune animal products....then it's a no brainer as far as I can see. People just like to make excuses.
