Plaster Walls and the wonderful frustration that comes with it.

high tack polymer. Holds 320 kg for 10cm² of glue any two components resin should do fine also. For the hook, find something with the largest baseboard possible. Even though, 10cm² hold 320kg... so for 20 lbs, you won't need that much. Once you put on your hook, let dry for at least 24h and then TEST it first, by hanging some waterbottles or anything that weights +/- the same as your frame for a few days but doesn't cost an arm. The glue is for sure going to hold, but there could be issues with the plaster, you never know, it could break off if it's not in good state. Shouldn't be a problem, but pavlov's principle and listening to strangers on the internet call for extra vigilance I think. I didn't convert from metrics to imperial standard because I always have to convert and I'm tired of it. Especially as the standard around the world is metric. I already put in a huge effort to write english.
