Player base Question. (Is it declining?)

Progression seemed OK until I realized how much it takes to level your co-drivers later on. I took the advice to sell all of my mats on the Market to get gold. Lol. I should've read that it would take 1500 Wires to get my co-driver the next level skill. And that's just the wires.

Sadly, this is a grinding game and I've grinded my eyes out over the years. Just lazy, boring, and not fun when a game is built around a big grind.

"Oh but you can make coin so easily!" Yeah, if I sit at my computer for hours on end every day as a grind. No thanks. I've had plenty of that. So I just play some casual matches each day and only the things I actually enjoy doing. Seems so weird that games have all this boring drudge work built into them now just to keep you hooked and playing. They just purposely close off a huge portion of their game and make you do months of boring repetitive actions to actually play. I guess it won't change till most people refuse to grind up the crappy ladders they build.
