Do we, as players, have a voice against bad events?

I agree that, "I hate this." isn't valuable feedback at all. You say you read a good bit of threads on this subreddit, so you must understand how frustrated players feel about certain things (credits, ships, rewards, ect).

With that in mind, how did your team come together and think that this Jawa event had any value whatsoever? It seems to me that you lack transparency and conviction to treat this user base in a way that makes us think you value our relationship.

You've read that people put resources like time and money into a Droid team to prepare for an event, and then hit them with a 2 shard reward. I'm sorry, man, but that's just bullshit.

Why not display the exact rewards potential in the event info prior to launch? It's the right thing to do.

I love this game and have spent over $200 on it since I started playing in October. But I work for an organization that is extremely customer focused and puts tremendous value into those relationships. I take customer service quite personally. If you're not being clear or setting expectations for your customers, you are failing...regardless of how your top line looks.
