PlayStation: Xbox's Call of Duty offer was "inadequate on many levels"

Why should Microsoft care what Sony thinks?

People forgot Spider-Man used to be multiplatform (Yes believe it or not, we used to have Spider-Man games on Xbox), then Sony decided to go and make him strictly exclusive to PlayStation, and not just full Spider-man games, they even blocked the character from appearing on other platforms for multiplatform games like Marvels Avengers.

Why have the regulators not investigated that, Sony one of the the most popular superheroes of all time which was multiplatform and suddenly blocked from appearing on non-PlayStation platforms.

If Sony wants COD to be on PlayStation forever, they should bring something to the table, they need to offer something to Microsoft, a gesture of goodwill, like allow multiplatform Spider-man games again.
