Please advise about PayPay working experience

I do customer service, so can't speak for that position or even the division, but the company itself is great. I worked for a large bank previously, and while they talked about a good work culture, PayPal actually has and maintains one. During the pandemic they've given up to a dozen days off for wellness in addition to holidays, also offering counselling and other benefits. They also gave everyone in the company stock on several occasions to increase financial wellness, particularly for lower paid employees. The general feeling from listening to the CEO and middle management on calls, down to frontline work is that everyone is on the same page.
