Please help me

I'm sorry, are you a doctor? You're diagnosing over reddit? You can say for sure based on his 2 sentence description that he has depersonalization? Maybe you shouldn't be doing that. There are a million variables that you don't know about him. Withdrawal can take many forms and be different for different people. And don't tell me to educate myself; I'm an addictions counsellor. I used to work in a rehab. I used to see people in withdrawal all the time, and marijuana withdrawal can this form. And he exposed his brain to a new substance, or at least a new form of the substance, and got so high he nearly had a panic attack. And then continued to use it daily for 1-2 weeks. His brain needs to balance out, go back to its homeostasis. That's what withdrawal is. I also said in my message it could be something else. So before you think you're a know-it-all, and that you have the answer, maybe check yourself. I responded to this individual in an attempt to help him. You don't have the answer. I don't have the answer. We don't know him. So relax dude.
