Please help me get over my obsession of wanting to have blonde hair and blue eyes. Mentally it is destroying me

Thank you so much but I have tried so hard to believe what you are saying but it is literally impossible.

Before I start I have NO PROBLEM with interracial dating. Growing up I always noticed black men footballers, celebrities, high profile and just ordinary black men in relationships with white woman. I live in the UK i interracial relationships between black men and white women are plenty. I have been told by my own family "black men love white women more" so I always believed that.

In secondary school I had to deal with hearing people especially black boys making fun of black girls appearance and constantly promoting negative stereotypes about black girls. It was awful. Growing up as a black girl I always noticed we were mocked more for our appearance.
