Please help me repair my relationship with humanity

[TLDR]There's no simple solution for the problems you face.

Sometimes as you've already discovered, helping others can bring you a sense of peace. There are always going to be people who let you down or cause you frustration. Being different means having to try harder. Accept that there is only an illusion of control and that you adjusting perspective is going to be your savior. You always have a decision and a choice to walk away. Maybe not unscathed, but you have the ability to choose who gets to you and who doesn't.

Try to eat healthily, exercise, get enough sleep and keep your goals in focus. You're the one best suited to ascertain what YOU need to cope and to progress. Learn to trust your gut instincts about the people you meet on the job or learn steps to guide you to maintain your cool or you will end up suffering or feeling like some kind of victim in a melodramatic mini-series of your own life.

Continue doing what's best for you, and try to understand yourself and your own real motivations before judging or blaming others for issues that don't have to be. Even when things out of your control start to anger you or overwhelm, or even when you think you're in an impossible situation, take a step back and breathe.

Help others if it makes you feel better, but only as much as you can without creating burnout. Discern what makes you happy long term and short term, and remember to keep a balanced attitude and keep learning and trying to improve yourself.

Try to be more accepting of others as they are, even with their faults and shortcomings. Try to be less hypercritical of the absurd, it's destructive to your mental health. You're only human, like everyone else.
