Everything is negotiable - including a discount or seller credit for they amount they would otherwise pay to the buyer's realtor. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to your face for their own gain. Anyone who says "commission is between the seller and their agent only, you have no say in it!" is lying to your face for their own gain. Anyone who says "seller pays, buyer's agent is free!" is lying to your face for your own gain.

The number of realtors in this thread lying to your (virtual) face for literally no personal gain at all - just defending their cartel's ability to extract billions of dollars a year from working people - should tell you all you need to know about realtors.
