Please keep comments to Comm Comm and snapchat stories to BarelyBored.

They literally said that in the video, within the first minute

technically i guess, though it's not exactly what you're implying by your statement. the only thing they said was that this week they're starting to read a few "comments of the week" and giving away t-shirts based on comments. That has no guarentee of being excusive to barelybored either.

the "comment of the week" thing is happening whether it's comm comm or barelybored? it's probably just a friday thing they want to start doing with whatever show is on that day. So just because it was on this episode of barelybored doesn't mean that every episode will feature comments and t-shirt giveaways.

Also other than this week having this 2-3 comments of the week there was nothing about formatting the show to be a mix of comm comm and barelybored. The bare bones of the new show is still very much so based on the snaps like it was made out to be. Can i reiterate that they also made it clear comm comm wasn't going anywhere?

Yeah, and for the first Friday since SourceFed started we had no Comment Commentary today.

Maybe having a change and having no comm comm today isn't a bad thing. Despite it being the first one they haven't had on a friday since the beginning does that objectively make it bad? not necessarily. It's similar to the subject of changing around tabletalk scheduling to 3 days a week. Some people hate the change but that doesn't mean its actually a bad thing. Objectively i think that for instance makes the channel better and more healthy. SF was literally turning into the table talk show with a comm comm on friday channel. Some people were totally okay with that but honestly, i think a lot of people turned away from sourcefed because tabletalk was basically becoming the identity of sourcefed and it got stale for them.

You need to understand that maybe they don't want to have their channel be pigeon-holed into only being tabletalk and comm comm forever. Changing the line-ups, while looked down upon by those that hate change, frees up possibilities for creative potential and makes things more exciting and more interesting. From what i've gathered from all the recent changes, change and growth is what they're striving for and i dont think that that is a bad thing at all.

I love Barely Bored but it can never take the place of Comm Comm like it has today.

Also i think people in the sourcefed community focus WAY too heavily on "whats replacing this" or "who's replacing who". Why does everything have to be fucking "replaced". Whenever new hosts get brought up people focus so much on "who they're replacing" when its not about "replacing" its just about adding on to the SF family. No one will ever replace the previous hosts, they're people not things. But yeah, This was literally just them trying something different in the scheduling. Just because today there was no comm comm doesn't mean its gone, they're just trying something different.
