Please Mihoyo. I think many of us will agree that this is reasonable.

We havent had a new region in months.

We recently had Dragonspine though, and for a game of this scope and quality, 'months' is an EXTREMELY short period.

Budget fall guys and Tower Defense events -- the budget for those games are insanely smaller than genshin's and the gameplay smoother.

Yeah... they're also vastly smaller games that didn't cost nearly the same amount of money and resources to create. Might as well use Tetris as example here.

Bugfixes don't require a budget

Lol.

it's inhouse and falls under worker contract.

And those employees work for free? Do bugfixes not take up time either?

The biggest budget for genshin are the soundtracks, voice overs and marketing.

I'm sure these are big, but definitely not the biggest.

Art and 3D modeling is expensive, but idk if it's THAT expensive.

It is.

I really dont ser how this game is expected to blow 200mil a year for budgeting.

That's simple, it's because the development costs are higher than 200 million dollars per year.

Producing large 3D action games is extremely expensive.
