Any surgery at that age causes permanent psychological damage, specifically increases alexythemia, inability to talk about one's own emotions. Infant curcumcision in America particularly has been shown to increase alexythemia, as compared to non circumcised men in Europe. This ultimately makes it more difficult for women to find their ideal life partner.

Also it is a form of cyclic abuse, and contributes to other forms of cyclic abuse. Everything from sexually motivated serial killers to gynecologists who recommend unnecessary surgeries, are more likely when men are circumcised, thus harming women.
