Opinions on pursuing an Erzieher Ausbildung in Waldorf

Hi everyone, I'm currently exploring my options for studying to become an Erzieherin and have taken a strong interest in the Waldorf method. I recently did a Hospitation at a Waldorf Kita and had an interview at the Waldorf Seminar school, and received an invitation to study and work at the Kita in Stuttgart. However, I'm also applying to other Fachschule methods and the one I found most interesting was the Element-i method.

I would like to know if anyone has any opinions or experiences with these systems? It would be very helpful to hear from someone who has gone through an Erzieher Ausbildung in Waldorf or worked with the Element-i method.
