Dude believe me, you're fine. If those pills didn't seem stronger or otherwise different from normal addy 30s, then really, they might as well have been. The two are pharmacological identical, with the only exceptions that meth is more potent per mg and lasts slightly longer. Other than that the effect profile is exactly the same. It sounds like this is from you increasing the dose.

Again there is no reason to assume it even was meth though.

I would say you definitely do not need rehab, but that's me, you do what you think is best.
