You didn't pay for them to rework a frame, you didn't pay for them to make it.

I think you misunderstand our role as free-to-play gamers. We aren't the customers. We're the product, we are lesser players to give whales someone to play with and feel superior to. That's the basis of the freemium model.

As a willing product, we have every right to be treated well, or we'll go elsewhere and DE will lose their whales too. And we make that known every now and then. Obviously we have less sway than others, but to insist we just don't use our influence for anything or we're bad people seems... odd.

Not that some people aren't just unacceptably rude about it. But asking for free fixes is a lot better in DE's mind than just quietly leaving because we're unhappy.
