Please cut the marketing stuff...

This is a large game, nothing more. Literally nothing it is doing has never been done before.

All of the elements of this game have never been combined into one game though, that is what got me excited in the project 10 years ago... but it is not the unprecedented technical marvel that some of the more hardcore fans in here really want it to be.

And if CIG did abandon the project immediately if funds stopped actively flowing then we will know that this was just a cash cow to them.

If they have gotten this project into a position where the literally unprecedented levels of funding they have received are not enough to actually deliver then they are probably not capable of ever delivering.
