Calling someone honey is just as bad if not worse than "you're crying on a forum" as far as making you look like a prat goes, and you did so first. So is the sarcastic crying, honestly, grow up.

What IronLord is saying is a solution, not an opinion. It's not a good solution, but it is still a solution. An opinion would be saying that gambit is or isn't good, or that the solution provided is or is not effective. Bungie is not going to change it, because it keeps retention later in the season, ensuring higher numbers to show to stockholders and keep matchmaking as good as it can be in a gamemode that the bulk of people don't like in the first place. You can keep trying to look smart by reiterating "but it should be changed!" over and over, but the likelihood is they already know, and are refusing. It probably crossed their mind and was declined quickly even when the challenge was being put into place last season.
