Guess you're right. Benadryl made me feel like entering those realms so I guess there is no chance they actually exit theirs. But with psychedelics in general, as I once had a bad trip of LSD I tried to turn it around by looking for guidance. Just typed nonsense into Google to see if it would fit my situation. Only had to search one word to find exactly what I was looking for. Google showed me this book "http:// bit. do/eN gfP" (had to shorten the link because it was way too long) And even tho at times I may sound like I'm totally insane but nothing could have fitted more in my situation and ever since when I feel lost, this preach was giving me positive energy.
