Eanae is not even the head mod here so I don't know why you're sending the entire team to the trash can as if their actions are dictated by the infamous incident.

This entire comment chain here between us - barring what I assume is the tongue-in-cheek sarcasm of the original two users at the top of it - is focused on Eanae and the fact his/her/their continued tenure is a load of detrimental baggage to the rest of the mods. That right there is the longstanding issue.

Why do you think I was asking if Eanae specifically was going to step down now that we had new, hopefully better people to take up the mantle, elsewhere in this thread?

The other mods have their own problems, but this entire argument is specifically about Eanae still retaining their mod powers and not taking it upon themself to step down even after he/she/they/whatever admitted the fault lied with them for how badly the incident went.
