Plex stops half way through and plays a pepsi ad

Just posted this on their FB page.

Dear Samsung,

Up until today I have loved your products and can't even count how any products I have bought over the last 10 years. However we need to talk....

I got a message from my beautiful GF today as she had just grabbed an icy cool drink from our Samsung fridge after a long hard day from doing a heavy loads of washing in our Samsung washing. She decided to watch a movie from our own library through the wonderful app named PLEX. After 30 mins and much to her horror, the movie stopped playing and a god awful PEPSI MAX advert appeared on the screen, thankfully there was no volume as it could have caused her permanent damage. What the actual fruitcake SAMSUNG? I don't spend thousands and thousands of dollars on a state of the art TV and blu-ray movie collection to watch adverts. Not only was this completely and utterly rude, the advert froze PLEX and my poor GF had to turn the tv off and back on again to get it to work only for it happen again and again.

While I understand that mistakes can happen when new updates are released this better not be some forward thinking, innovative idea that the monkey's in the marketing department came up with because it is absolutely unacceptable and I will not be a happy camper. Usually I am a very happy camper and greatly enjoy the outdoors.

Please fix this now as I can't stand watching free to air TV and would rather pour bleach in my eyes if I ever have to watch another episode of Australia's got talent (except the watermelon man, he was pretty good, I would watch him again 13/10).

I thank you in advanced for your speedy fix to this undoubtedly and quite frankly horrific issue.

Warmest wishes Simon
