PM announcing strict new curbs on life in UK

Self-isolation sucks. Day 9 now, thought my housemate was being overcautious when he forbade us from leaving the house because he might have been exposed to someone in the incubation period a week earlier. Think I have it now. Been going a bit mad having been told to not go to therapy and do/think loads of the avoidant and anxious behaviours I go to therapy for. But if we did indeed both get covid (very mild symptoms if so, but it seems like it) we both will have infected 0 people. We are removed as serious transmission vectors this early. It's more than worth it when I think of it that way (and my anxiety would be having a different sort of field day if I'd stayed in denial and then realised I'd infected loads of people).
