Despite what these article want you to believe physical copy of strategy guides are not dead or doomed..

Strategy guides are actually still very relevant today in 2018...

The main difference being NO ONE wants flimsy shit quality guides from PRIMA when they can go out and get nice top quality HARDCOVER books with 250+pgs etc for damn near the same exact price..

Sure GameFAQs and other online guides have taken their tole on the industry of game guides.

But just because PRIMA is getting shut down doesn't mean that the "game guide" industry is in trouble..

The people that actually BUY guides with $$$ in 2018 want top quality guides by better companies...

For example - Piggyback Game Guides.
