to me, and I could be wrong, it seemed more like:
fed did some bad things
poki manipulates the yvonne situation to kick him out of OTV, ruin his career and character in the process and get rid of him so she can continue to sleep around without fed messing it up by making a statement stream that included truths as well as falsehoods to make it more believable that he is this really evil manipulator
basically fed overstepped physical boundaries with some of his close female friends (which he admitted to and apologizes for in his document) and poki emotional abused him and strung him along like a toy and when she didn't need him anymore or thought he was a liability, swiftly tossed him in the trash
