Police Called On Black Man Babysitting White Kids

You’re analogy isn’t a fair one because the cop didn’t just decide to stop him. The cop responded to a call. So the real question is do I think someone could potentially question why a white man was with two small black children and then eventually call the police? My answer would absolutely be yes. It’s not typical to have a parent that is not the same race as their child (obvious exceptions to this, e.g. adoption). It is is further from typical to have a grown man acting as a babysitter. These things seem unusual and can lead someone to be concerned regardless of race. Btw you assumed I did not believe there is such a thing as white privilege-this is not the case. I do think WP exists, although I do think it is highly over exaggerated, such as in this very case.
