This disorder is contributed to by genetics and forms at the prepubertate stage of sexual development. Unlike whatever neo-liberal pseudo-feminist writings had taught you, most men don't get off on non-consent and suffering of women, which is precisely what those pakis enjoyed judging by the details of the cases. Simply being able to rape requires a warped mind already, so no, not all men will become rapists if the po-po and feminism are not around anymore to teach them that rape is bad. I still don't see why you consider racial profiling to be wrong though. You admit that there's a problematic ethnic group and that it comprises the majority of all British pakistanis. So why not profile pakistanis and be vigilant about them grooming white children? What's wrong with telling children's caretakers that pakistanis are out to rape white girls, because "hurr that's their standard of beauty! respect all cultures you privileged whitey!" ?
