Police National Computer Record Deletion Scotland

Hi, thanks for taking the time to respond.

This is kinda complicated, apologies if I've used the wrong terms.

I did a subject access request. The response said that the following systems were checked:

Scottish Criminal History System (PNC)

Police National Computer System (PNC)

National (STORM) & Divisional Crime/Incident Recoding Systems

Interim Vulnerable Persons Database (IVPD)

Scottish Intelligence Database (SID)

The information entitled to me were then sent.

It appears to be just: " STORM & CRIME/INCIDENT REPORTING SYSTEM". A list of times I've had any communication with the police.

It seems to have... everything. Two situations where I was a minor witness, one encounter as a kid, and then yeah... the 1 time I had a "chat" (don't know the proper term) with them, and the 1 time I was arrested.

That's the only file I was sent. Is that normal?

My problem is that the two aforementioned incidents are described as if I was guilty. Making very strong and damaging claims. It's not true and it reads like fiction to me.

I was denied security clearance due to this testimony and evidence. I just find this really difficult to accept given I see the situations as a misunderstanding and there wasn't close to enough evidence to charge me, let alone convict me.

So I'm just hoping to get as much (untrue) allegations deleted as possible from police systems. Especially since it's been a few years and nothing came of anything.

I fear it may cause problems with immigration as well as clearance.

I apologise for this being long and complicated. Do you know of the procedure to try to get any of this deleted? Thank you so much.
