I didn't say I need to know their response plan (if there is one). But in the moment an incident is happening they should not force another resident to handle it or call the police, or blame them for what is happening. That is awful behavior and customer service, especially when your website says "we take pride on our residents and community feeling well taken care of"

Maybe in your job you can encourage landlords to handle crisis situations rather than forcing their tenants to do so and be in danger. Thank you

Also the many warning papers left on their door for days (which I could see as they left these visible) were threats to take legal action against them.
