Polish government want Polish language taught in Irish schools

Oh I know it's taught like shit, the Irish have voiced that repeatedly. The polish kids are born there, but what about the adults, i.e. the people who make the decisions? Do you know how many people apathetically want to move countries learning as little as possible about them before they go? Hint: Google living in X without learning the language or just ask people in various ex-Soviet countries what they think It's really sad anyone would want to move to Sweden (these are fully-grown adults) without learning Swedish.

Or Malta without learning Maltese. Because English. And just like Malta, I would assume it'd be the same way for the people who move countries without interest in their culture (which has been something of interest and complaint in Canada), because English. Do the minimum to survive. That's what my observance has shown.

In any case, I'm not trying to be offensive here, it's just how I've seen it, based off of other case studies. If it's different, great, that's an exception to a long long rule in history.
