A polish vegan youtuber says that not having a period is normal

To get a few things out of the way: 1. A well balanced vegan diet can be healthy according to the WHO - if you supplement and plan it correctly. 2. A toddler eating a varied and well-planned vegan diet is fine, according to the WHO and the NHS. 3. How is 'pushing' a vegan diet on a child any different than 'pushing' a child to eat meat? How do you think most toddlers react when they realise their meat comes from the cute little chickens and pigs at the farm? Ideas are subjective and people should be free to raise their children however they see fit.

Now I've made those points, this youtuber is clearly delusional and should be supplementing and probably eating higher-protein vegan foods (tofu, beans etc) and probably isn't supporting her child correctly either. HOWEVER one vegans health does not speak for all vegans health as the vast majority of us know we need to outsource B12 and a few other vitamins to stay healthy.
