Is it politically incorrect to conclude from the data that some races of people are smarter than others?

You are misrepresenting a finding that is applicable for very narrowly defined terms as universally true.

One of these studies was conducted in the 1970s in Warsaw, a socialist country at the time. It is ridiculous to apply those findings unreflected to the current situations. Socialism prided itself in creating a socially transparent system where working class children were able to advance quickly. This is simply a totally different socio-economical framework.

That is why it is so incredibly annoying to debate with racists: they take some random piece of data, and if it fits their narrative, they elevate it to universal truths, no matter the context.
