You are mostly correct, except that your last sentence says Jesus was a white man and you failed to realize that most of Pagan Europe was converted via violence. Secondly the so called Messiah was certainly not 'white' or Indo-European or Roman. He appeared to be a teacher of esoteric mysteries who was ambiguous at best regarding his relationship to the war God, Jehovah. Consider the Semitic All-Father that precedes the mild mannered martyr and you will recognize the power behind the Roman throne, so to speak.
