politics Greens release corporate tax plan to generate $338 billion over the next decade

Have you run a business or set up as an entrepreneur? IF you knew you would need to invest in a business for 5 years before turning a profit, but afterwards you'd reap winfall profits - say developing a new technology, product.. or vaccine.

Would you do that in Australia knowing the greens were reading to take most of your profits after years or losses? Or would you go do it in the US where there's a huge pool of talent and the taxes are rewarding for entrepreneurs?

Do you think a lame arse business like harvey norman in a highly competitive market very often generates "super profits". They don't so wouldn't be the target of this tax. They had a one-off benefit due to covid stimulus, but that's over.
